Data we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional topic, and message content. If you engage us for services we may also process business contact details, meeting notes, and credentials you voluntarily share for read-only analytics access.

Purpose and legal basis

We process contact submissions to respond to enquiries and to prepare proposals. We process client engagement data to deliver contracted application analytics work. Where required under Korean law, processing rests on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating the practice, or consent for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Contact form messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the contract and up to five years afterward for accounting and dispute purposes, unless a shorter period is agreed in writing.

Processors and transfers

Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under instructions. If tools store data outside Korea, we take steps appropriate under applicable law to protect that information. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Subject to Korean personal information protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, email hello@nodelinksys.digital.
